Without undermining the need for medication, we endeavour to offer relief from aches, pains and better capacity to deal with chronic illnesses to the extent that is possible. In this effort, we use customized protocol of practices depending upon the need of each person.
Param Yoga teachers are unique because they are taught the basics of both human anatomy, Yogic philosophy and of course postures and practices.
We believe excess weight is a result of not only our eating habits and lack of exercise, but it is also as much to do with our mental well-being. Our weight-loss programs offer a many-pronged solution that takes on the weight problem from all directions.
About Our Workshops
The corporate world demands physical fitness, high energy and a focused mind. In the prevailing competitive and stressful environment, where time for ourselves is always in short supply, wellness and wholeness are in great demand. Corporate Yoga is a holistic approach to physical and mental health, as well as a person’s well-being and personal growth.
We believe that classical yogic postures are the backbone to any exercise routine. But, only when done right. All our classes - from health to power yoga batches, from therapy sessions to one-on-one weight-loss classes, from pre-natal batches to those for kids - we have a very strong base of traditional Yoga. Each of our classes have the following tenets at their base -
- Awareness centric - accepting our limits, alignment based.
- Balance centric - between flexibility and strength.
- Core centric - connecting deep, physically and mentally.
Our classes fall into mainly three types - Health, Fitness, P-Cube. In addition, we have batches that specialise for pre-natal, kids, etc along with our weight loss and therapy program. We offer individual, customized packages too.
Irrespective of which type of the above sessions it is, we believe in safety first. Meticulous attention is paid to the alignments of each practice. Our teachers have an adequate knowledge of human anatomy to understand and correct postural alignments. They are also trained to observe and modify each practice to suit the needs of the variety of members.
Moreover, each session has an element of Praanaayam. We also include various kriyas like jal neti, traatak and agnisaar kriya regularly.
