As unfortunate as it sounds, pain is common. Fortunately, pain relief is in your control with a little nudge from us. We offer pain management in two simple phases.
After an appointment with Dr. Renu Mahtani, you are guided by one of our trained Yoga therapy teachers. In two-to-four, one-on-one sessions, you will learn the basics of breath and postural correction followed by simple exercises. These exercises will focus on your specific pain points.
After you have practised these exercises at home and have experienced some pain relief, you can join our “Therapy batch”. In addition to your home exercises, these once-a-week sessions will help you gain some flexibility while strengthening your muscles, through a variety of Yoga and Pilate’s practices. These are only a stepping stone to the next level – our health batches.
